Important Notes

  Please be aware that while Credit Card deposits are instantly reflected in your account, FXGT.com requires that all clients provide front and back copies of their Credit Cards, following instructions within the Client Portal. This step enables clients to access all of the company’s features, including withdrawals. 

 You can request Credit Card and Bank Wire withdrawals can be requested at any time but please note that these requests will be processed during standard banking hours, Monday to Friday,  09:00-17:00. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method used. 

• Please note even although Digital wallet deposits are reflected instantly in your FXGT.com account, we require proof of account ownership if in cases where the email associated with the client’s digital wallet differs from that of FXGT.com.  

• Bitwallet/SticPay users who have an email address different from their FXGT.com account email must verify it through their Client Portal in order to deposit/withdraw. 

•   Partial withdrawals may be subject to varying approval limits by payment processors. If your requested withdrawal cannot be processed in full via Credit Card, you’ll need to request the remaining amount through an alternate method, such as Bitwallet, SticPay, or Bank Wire, as outlined in our Terms and Conditions 15.10.2. 

 Certain Credit/Debit Card providers may charge liquidity/conversion fees, which is outside of the company’s  control. 

 Please note that certain providers do not allow any partial or full refund if the initial deposited amount is older than 6 months. In these cases, the client can withdraw via a different method. 

 Our website provides the full list of deposit and withdrawal methods available for all regions. Check your Client Portal for the payment providers available in your country.

 To make deposits using your credit cards (such as Mastercard, VISA, JCB) or payment services (GPay and ApplePay), you must first go through the KYC verification process.
