Important Notes
• Please note that even though Credit card deposits are reflected instantly into your account, FXGT.com requires from all its customers to provide front and back copy of their Credit Card based on the instructions provided in the client portal. This would allow clients to enjoy full access to all of the company’s features including withdrawals.
• Credit Card and Bank Wire withdrawals can be requested at any time but please note that these will be processed within banking working hours Monday-Friday 09:00-17:00. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method used.
• Please note even though Digital wallet deposits are reflected instantly into your FXGT.com account, FXGT.com requires all its customers to provide proof of account ownership if the client’s email is different from the Digital wallet email.
• Bitwallet/SticPay: clients who use a Bitwallet/SticPay email account different to their account email with FXGT.com, they will have to verify it via their client portal in order to deposit/withdraw.
• Partial withdrawals: Payment processors used for credit card transactions have different requirements and limitations to allow a withdrawal to be processed successfully. There will be times when the amount requested to withdraw can be processed in full, whereas other times only part of it will be approved. As per our Terms and Conditions 15.10.2 if this occurs you will be asked to request the remaining amount via a different route (not another credit card) for example via Bitwallet, SticPay or Bank wire.
• Certain credit/debit card providers may charge liquidity/conversion fees that we have no control.
• Please note that certain providers do not allow any partial or full refund if the initial deposited amount is older than 6 months. In these cases, the client can withdraw via a different method.
